The Bills' usage of James Cook, Patrick Mahomes' quick passing game and the familiarity between Buffalo and Kansas City will all play a significant role on Sunday.

The Bills will have both Matt Milano and Terrel Bernard back, but another linebacker will not play against the Chiefs.

As for the Chiefs’ run game, it’s been by committee. Isiah Pacheco, Kareem Hunt and Brashard Smith have all seen action. Pacheco has led the way this season with 329 yards but suffered a knee injury in Week 8 against the Washington Commanders. He’s now considered week-to-week and ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Bills.
