Joel Osteen is mourning the loss of his beloved mother, Dolores “Dodie” Osteen. Known affectionately as “Mama Dodie” to the Lakewood Church community, the church co-founder passed away due to natural causes. She was 91. Joel announced her passing in a heartfelt message shared to X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday (July 30).
