Drake previously had a tattoo of the Los Angeles Lakers superstar's St. Vincent/St. Mary's jersey on the outside of his left arm with the No. 23. The Toronto-born rapper replaced James' art with Gilgeous-Alexander's No. 2 and "Thunder" arched above.

Drake has seemingly covered up his Lebron James tattoo with one that pays homage to Shai-Gilgeous Alexander. Drizzy's tattoo of James' high school St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish jersey was previously symbolic of his fandom for the basketball legend and their close-knit friendship.

Drake appears to have covered up an old tattoo of LeBron James in his high school jersey with a new one of a Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Oklahoma City Thunder jersey.
