California officials have identified the eight victims who died after a powerboat capsized on Lake Tahoe on June 21, including three from New York.

Eight people were killed in a boating accident on Lake Tahoe Saturday. We're now learning the identities of the people on that boat. 

Five of the eight people who died after their boat flipped Saturday in Lake Tahoe were from Northern California, and three were from upstate New York, according to the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office.
