KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement investigating another deadly shooting in Kansas City have identified the victim as 34-year-old Waleed M. Shaban, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez. Just before 1p.m. Thursday, police were dispatched to a reported shooting in the the 300 block of E. Linwood Boulevard in Kansas City, according to Gonzalez.
