San Jose Police said Richard Tillman, 44, of San Jose was taken into custody on suspicion of arson. He was the driver of the vehicle. Tillman is reportedly the brother of the late Pat Tillman, the former NFL player who left to join the U.S. Army and died by friendly fire in Afghanistan. Pat Tillman was a native of San Jose.

Prayers are pouring in for the family of the late NFL star Pat Tillman on Sunday. Tillman, the former Arizona Cardinals star, famously left the National Football League to enlist in the U.S. Army. He became an Army Ranger following the attacks on 9/11.

Volunteers came together for an impactful service project on Saturday morning part of the Pat Tillman Leadership Summit in memory of the soldier who lost his life overseas. Pat Tillman Foundation scholars made a lot of noise in Washington Square Park.
