An issue with the rearview cameras in several makes and models of Volvo vehicles has caused a massive recall involving 413,151 cars. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recalled vehicles may not display a rear camera image when put into reverse, increasing the risk of a crash.

(Reuters) -Swedish automaker Volvo Cars is recalling 413,151 vehicles in the United States over an issue with the rearview camera, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued multiple recalls last week, including notices for nearly 600,000 Cadillac, GMC and Chevrolet vehicles.
