The Detroit Lions made the signing of former Cardinals offensive lineman Trystan Colon official. In the process, Detroit also said goodbye to a player who wasn't ever seen in a Lions uniform by anyone outside the building.

Trystan Colon has played for two teams over five seasons, most recently for the Cardinals in 2024. He gives Detroit Lions insurance in the interior.

The Lions made a push for young interior O-line prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft by picking the likes of Tate Ratledge and Miles Frazier and recently signed Trystan Colon-Castillo, giving them plenty of options to try and find the best fit among the group.
