The Yankees avoided being on the wrong side of history and then decided they were not just going to stop there.

A week ago, a night like tonight would’ve ended in plain frustration for the Yankees. After seven innings of getting no-hit by Bryan Woo, the offense looked listless and the pitching staff had allowed a small deficit to bloom into a solid five-run gap.
