MARSHALL, Texas (KSLA) - The city of Marshall, Texas, to participate in a statewide emergency alert systems drill. This drill is being coordinated by the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) on Thursday, April 2, between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

If you see an emergency alert on your phone or other electronic devices on Thursday morning, don't panic — Austin-area officials are conducting emergency alert tests throughout the day.
