EAST HAMPTON, New York — Alec Baldwin and his brother, Stephen, escaped serious injury Monday when they crashed their vehicle into a tree. In a post on Instagram, Alec Baldwin said he and his brother are OK. He said he crashed his wife’s Range Rover while trying to avoid a garbage truck that had cut them off.

Actor Alec Baldwin assured his fans that he’s “fine” after crashing his wife’s Range Rover into a tree in East Hampton, New York, on Monday morning.

Alec Baldwin is a bit shaken up after the Academy Award-winning actor was involved in a Northeast car crash that he says was caused by “the biggest garbage truck I’ve ever seen.”
