On his Tuesday podcast, Kirk noted that media outlets — including Raw Story — had reported on his attempt to avoid discussing the Trump administration's decision not to release additional files from the Epstein case.

Controversy has recently beset the White House, DOJ, and FBI, since the FBI/DOJ released a memo saying it had no evidence suggesting that Epstein didn't kill himself or was blackmailing prominent individuals.
