Singer Katy Perry said she was "dating someone else" when a fan asked to marry her at her concert in Prague on Oct. 30.

Katy Perry is officially off the market. Amid reports (and photographic evidence) that Perry is dating Canadian politician Justin Trudeau, the pop star has confirmed that she's indeed in a relationship following her split from Orlando Bloom. The confession came during one of Perry's shows in London — and it was all caught on video.

Perry and Trudeau made their first public appearance together earlier this week in celebration of the singer’s 41st birthday.
