OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Willie Rollins confessed to police he shot and killed his longtime boyfriend during an argument about finances and paying bills, according to a complaint filed Monday.

Deputies were called to Rosemary Circle overnight for a disturbance. Officials say the homeowner and his ex-girlfriend's current boyfriend got into a fight. One man was stabbed, and another was shot.
