Georgia Tech is the only undefeated team in the Atlantic Coast Conference, and has a path through the regular season without having to face any of the league's other three Top 25 teams.

After several close ACC wins this season for unbeaten Georgia Tech, the dam finally broke defensively during Saturday night's 48-36 loss at NC State, the second stunner in conference play to highlight Week 10 following SMU's overtime triumph over Miami.

Running back Hollywood Smothers has been a standout, recording four 100-yard rushing games – one of only five FBS players to do so this year. He leads the ACC and ranks sixth nationally with 739 rushing yards, averaging 105.6 yards per game, also best in the conference.

Which two teams will make it to the league's championship game on Dec. 6 in Charlotte, N.C., is anybody's guess.

Georgia Tech became the second undefeated team to lose its first game of the season on Saturday after Navy lost at North Texas and joined No. 9 Vanderbilt and No. 10 Miami with losses in Week 10. Just four undefeated teams remain with four weeks to go in the regular season: Ohio State, Indiana, Texas A&M and BYU.
