A long-rumored and “unapologetic” memoir by Sen. John Fetterman will be released this fall, his publisher said.

Fetterman's publisher said the book “displays a rare level of candor for a sitting senator, sharing insights into the difficult and nonlinear path to mental health."

The Pennsylvania senator will recount political battles and physical and mental health challenges in “Unfettered.”
