A Massachusetts jury has begun its second full day of deliberations in the second murder trial of Karen Read, the woman accused of hitting her police officer boyfriend with her SUV and leaving him for dead in 2022.

Jurors in the Karen Read trial are deliberating for a third day after failing to reach a verdict after nine hours over the first two days inside Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts.

Read is accused of striking John O’Keefe with her SUV and leaving him to die alone in a blizzard outside of a house party in Canton.
