Fettucine products linked to a listeria outbreak, eggs and medicines are among the recalls announced by Walmart. The nation’s largest retailer tracks recalls on its website for products sold at Walmart stores, Walmart.com, Sam’s Club or Samsclub.com.

The chicken dishes could be linked to a possible outbreak strain of listeria associated with three deaths and one fetal loss.

The outbreak, which includes at least 17 people in 13 states, began last July, officials said. At least 16 people have been hospitalized.
