ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Bishop Robert Barron released a statement regarding the shootings of Minnesota lawmakers Melissa Hortman (DFL - Brooklyn Park) and John Hoffman (DFL - Champlin), which happened early Saturday morning. The shootings took place while both lawmakers were at their homes.

With the suspect still on the run, police are notifying other politicians they might be on the list and providing some with security.
