The No Kings Day of Action was a series of protests in all 50 states organized by the social movement organization Indivisible.

Late Wednesday night, the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League shelter was alerted to a case involving over 50 cats kept in filthy conditions in Naples. By Thursday morning, the rescue said its team was on the road, returning with more than 20 of the most urgent cases, many needing immediate medical care.
