Ohio State in the College Football Playoff National Championship on Monday in Atlanta. The Buckeyes are seeking their first title since 2014 -- the first year of the expanded four-team CFP -- while Notre Dame is trying to snap a championship drought that dates back to 1988.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State is headed to the National Championship and is finally bringing out a fan-favorite jersey for its game against Notre Dame.

Either Ohio State or Notre Dame will not just be a worthy champion, but one that deserves recognition for surviving a gauntlet of four playoff games.
