The White House announced it will move forward with plans to break ground on a $200 million ballroom to entertain world leaders, valued guests, and future administrations—an effort championed by President Donald Trump.

It will be the latest change introduced to what’s known as “The People’s House” since the Republican president returned to office in January. It also will be the first structural change to the Executive Mansion itself since the addition of the Truman balcony in 1948.

Construction is set to begin in September, and the White House says it will be finished before the end of Trump’s final term in office.
