Walker Zimmerman hopes to use the USMNT senior team's Copa América disaster as learning experience for the young group he will captain at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

But U.S. men's national team defender Walker Zimmerman told CBS News the team isn't focused on what others are saying, but instead the task at hand. "We've been the underdogs before," Zimmerman said.

For center back Walker Zimmerman, however, a 2-mile drive was all that it took to join his U.S. teammates at its training base on the campus of Lipscomb University.
