U.S. stocks closed mixed, with the S&P 500 eking out a fresh record high alongside the Dow Jones Industrial Average as both indexes extended their winning streaks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 238.56 points, or 0.5%, to finish at 46,758.28.
