New York Mayor Eric Adams said he had a “productive conversation” with Donald Trump on Friday that touched on a number of issues, including the effect of the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement on public safety and ways to attract manufacturing jobs to the city.

The New York City mayor said the two discussed Israel and the economy — not his criminal case — during a meeting in West Palm Beach, Florida.

NEW YORK − New York City's indicted mayor, Eric Adams, is going to meet with President-elect Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago private club in Florida on Friday, an Adams spokesperson confirmed Thursday evening.

The trip comes as Adams stares down federal corruption charges and just days before the president-elect’s inauguration.
