The Montgomery Job Corps center will remain open, at least for now, thanks to a ruling by a federal district court this week.

For months, WPTV has been reporting on the turbulent lead-up to the opening of the new space at the Renaissance Business Park, which was delayed by a lengthy permitting process.

It had received the annual federal grant to help veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness for more than 20 years.
