Detectives have identified the five young white males accused of attacking a Suffolk University college student in downtown Boston late Saturday night

The Boston Public Schools student killed in a pedestrian crash in the Hyde Park area of Boston on Monday has been identified as a 5-year-old boy, Boston police said Tuesday. At around 2:44 p.m., officers learned of a pedestrian struck by a school bus at 107 Washington St.

With Boston officials expecting the city to be included on a federal list of sanctuary jurisdictions ordered by President Donald Trump this week, they are planning for what the consequences will look like.

President Donald Trump directed federal officials Monday to develop a list of “sanctuary” cities and states that do not cooperate with immigration enforcement as he seeks to withhold funding from those jurisdictions.
