A 31-year-old Naples woman has been granted probation nearly 8 months after being found guilty of grand theft for stealing 216 gallons of fuel.

The immigration attorneys argued today during a virtual hearing that the detainees' constitutional rights were being violated and that 100 detainees already had been deported from Alligator Alcatraz.
