As if the latest Corvette ZR1 isn’t quick or fast enough, the hybrid ZR1X—don’t call it “Zora”—promises even more hair-torching performance.

The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X takes the 1,064-hp internal-combustion V8 from the Corvette ZR1 and pairs it with a hybrid powertrain on the front axle. Chevrolet claims that the Corvette ZR1X will tackle a quarter mile in less than 9 seconds, and sprint to 60 mph before your stopwatch sees 2 seconds.
