Wind speeds reached up to 115 mph, making it one of the strongest tornadoes to hit Seminole County in more than 25 years. Rangel said she thought she wouldn't make it and is grateful to be alive.

Jeanicmar Rangel was praying to God and sobbing while a tornado bore down on her in central Florida, as she sat in her vehicle during a storm on Monday.
