The Spurs and guard De'Aaron Fox have reached an agreement on a max deal that will keep him with the team through 2029-30.

When the Sacramento Kings traded De’Aaron Fox, they sent him to the San Antonio Spurs, which is where he wanted to go. Now, his new team is paying him a heck of a lot of money to keep him there for the next four years: $229 million!

The San Antonio Spurs and star guard De'Aaron Fox have reached an agreement on a four-year, $229 million max extension, his agent told ESPN's Shams Charania. Fox was set to be an unrestricted free agent next summer and now is locked in long-term with the team that traded for him at this past February's trade deadline.
