A 17-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the murder of a teenager, according to the Greensboro Police Department.

Kadeem Roberts, a state lawmaker from Norwalk, pushed for the new law after he was handcuffed as a 12-year-old. But Republicans say it places "figurative handcuffs" on police.
