The PGA Tour has decided to relocate February's Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades because of the fires in the Los Angeles area.

The PGA Tour is moving the Genesis Invitational out of Riviera Country Club next month because of the deadly wildfires that have decimated part of Los Angeles.

Riviera Country Club will not host next month’s Genesis Invitational, the Signature Event hosted annually by Tiger Wods.

The PGA Tour announced Thursday that the 2025 Genesis Invitational will not be held at Riviera Country Club due to the impact of the Los Angeles wildfires. The third signature event of the PGA Tour season is scheduled for Feb.

The PGA Tour announced it is moving next month’s Genesis Invitational from Riviera Country Club amid the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles County. The move, which has been expected for several days, was finalized Thursday,

"In collaboration with Genesis, The Riviera Country Club and TGR Live, and out of respect for the unfolding situation, we have determined that the 2025 Genesis Invitational will be played at an alternate location the week of February 10-16. A venue update and additional tournament information will be provided in the coming days.

The Genesis Invitational, scheduled for Feb. 10-16 and hosted by Tiger Woods, is moving elsewhere “out of respect for the unfolding situation.”
