Anne Burrell’s final season of “Worst Cooks in America” is set to air next month, just weeks after the celebrity chef’s shocking death on Tuesday, June 17, at the age of 55. The season will be titled “Worst Cooks in America: Talented and Terrible” and will premiere on July 28,

The 55-year-old Food Network star — who hosted “Worst Cooks in America” for 15 years — was found unresponsive in her Brooklyn home on Tuesday. She reportedly suffered cardiac arrest and her body was surrounded by pills, as previously reported by Page Six. (It’s premature to draw any conclusions about whether the pills played a role in her death.)

Bobby Flay remembered chef Anne Burrell in a moving post on social media, just days after the Food Network star was found dead at 55. “Worst Cooks in America was the funnest show on TV,” Flay said of the hit show that Burrell hosted.
