As his supporters erupt over the Justice Department’s failure to release much-hyped records in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking investigation, President Donald Trump’s strategy has been to downplay the issue.

Alabama U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville waved away an ongoing debate among supporters of the Trump Administration over releasing information related to the case of billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged clients, saying “we won’t get involved.” Speaking to 1819 News Monday, Tuberville said, “We’ve got a lot more problems than that.”

President Donald Trump has come to the defense of Attorney General Pam Bondi amid an all-out revolt among his MAGA base over the administration's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files. But his effort over the weekend to quell the outrage only seemed to add fuel to to the fire.
