Three Alaska school districts have joined a coalition from across the country — including school districts, teachers unions, parents and advocacy groups — suing the Trump administration for blocking $6.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Three Alaska school districts are joining a lawsuit filed Monday against the Department of Education. The Alaska school districts included in the lawsuit are the Anchorage School District, Fairbanks North Star Borough School District and Kuspuk School District, which encompasses a large section of Western Alaska.

The Anchorage School District, the Kuspuk School District and the Fairbanks North Star Borough are part of a suit seeking to force the Trump administration to distribute $6.8 billion in frozen funds.
