Joel, 75, purchased the estate, then only 14 acres, in 2002 for $22.5 million, according to property records. He first listed it for sale in 2008 for $32.5 million.
In 2015, Joel purchased a 13,000-square-foot, eight bedroom mansion in Palm Beach for $22.1 million before putting the 1.6-acre property back on the market in 2018 for $21.9 million.
Joel, who released his first single in 17 years on Feb. 1, also has a 26-acre Long Island estate for sale. The waterfront home on the North Shore hit the market last year for $49 million.
This Florida sale isn't the only Joel property grabbing attention lately. Earlier this summer, the singer put his Highland Falls, New York, country estate on the market for just under $2 million.
