On Sunday’s Last Week Tonight, host John Oliver echoed critics of the president, noting: “That is pretty tone deaf. And you know what? When John Oliver struck a two-year deal with HBO, he was set to receive a payment of $8 million per year for hosting the Last Week Tonight show. The deal kept on extending year after year and it now stands at $30 million till 2027. Oliver is married to Kate Norley. In 2017, the couple got an apartment in New York City for less than $10 million.
