One of the PlayStation titles that Sony has been holding out on bringing to PC is Marvel's Spider-Man 2, but that is finally coming to an end. As of January 30, 2025, Peter and Miles' latest adventure is breaking free of its console exclusivity and becoming available to an entirely new audience.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will come to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on Jan. 30. Sony and Insomniac Games haven’t announced an official release time yet, but going off of when PlayStation Studios released God of War Ragnarok ’s PC port in 2024, it could appear on the store pages around 11 a.m. EST. Sony has detailed the PC-specific features and recommended specs for the game, including Nvidia DLSS Ray Reconstruction, support for ultrawide aspect ratios up to 32:9, and more. The game also won’t require a PSN account to play.

Sony’s Marvel Spider-Man 2 swings onto PC today, January 30, and while the intrepid webslinger’s port plans have been in the works for a while, we didn’t know exactly how well it might run on PCs until now.

The Spider-Man 2 PC specs are coming in hot, with publisher PlayStation Studios dropping details about the PC port’s system requirements just a day before launch. PlayStation detailed the game’s system requirements on PC in a trailer and accompanying blog post.
