Torrential rain in New Mexico led to unprecedented and historic flooding in the community of Ruidoso on Tuesday, leading to the deaths of at least three people, including two children, as well as dozens of swift water rescues.

Water is once again rushing through parts of the Village of Ruidoso on Thursday, with video showing a trailer home getting swept away in the floodwaters. The village received an emergency alert early Thursday afternoon warning residents of another round of life-threatening burn scar flooding.
