Aston Villa have agreed a deal to sign striker Evann Guessand from Nice for an initial €25m (£22m). The 24-year-old is due to travel to Birmingham on Wednesday for a medical and to finalise a five-year contract with Villa who have beaten off competition from other Premier League clubs.
