Kavan Markwood, the 20-year-old man who was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after a fall at Pittsburgh's PNC Park last week, told TribLive he remains in pain and described his injuries as "broken everything.

Kavan Markwood told TribLive Wednesday that he hasn’t watched the video April 30 of his 21-foot plunge from the Clemente Wall to the right field warning track at PNC Park. Markwood fell while celebrating an Andrew McCutchen double.

In the first game at PNC Park after the accident, Pirates owner Bob Nutting acknowledged the fall in a statement read before the national anthem. He called it "one of the most difficult moments many of us have ever experienced" and thanked the medical staff and first responders who assisted Markwood.
