The Mighty Bowser is easily the biggest out of all the Mario Lego sets available on the market. Made out of 2807 pieces, the complete set stands 12.5 inches tall and is 16 inches wide, flanked with two fiery pillars fit for a king and a hidden POW Block. You'll have to clear some shelf space as this set is pretty huge.
