Murray State has stolen the hearts of the college baseball world in 2025, upsetting SEC power Ole Miss and ACC contender Duke to punch the program’s first-ever ticket to the College World Series.

The Rebels earned the No. 10 national seed in the NCAA tournament and will host a regional for the first time since 2021. Ole Miss (40-19) will face Murray State (39-13) on May 30 (7 p.m., ESPN+).

One of the starters from the greatest team in Murray State baseball history is heading to the mighty Southeastern Conference.
