New surveillance video has surfaced of Sudiksha Konanki, the Pitt student who went missing and disappeared while vacationing in the Dominican Republic.

The passport of Joshua Riibes, an American linked to the disappearance of a University of Pittsburgh student, has been confiscated by Dominican authorities as part of an ongoing investigation, his attorneys told NBC News.

A national police spokesperson said on Tuesday that the man was cooperating with the investigation, but they would not rule him out as a suspect -- saying that was up to prosecutors.
