The DS-160 form includes a dedicated section asking applicants to list all social media platforms and corresponding usernames or identifiers used in the past five years.

All social media usernames or handles used in the last 5 years must be listed in the US visa application form.

The US Embassy in India has stated that applicants must list the social media accounts they have been using for at least five years.
