Women who aspire to senior leadership roles face a number of systemic, gendered barriers. But a new study found that dealing with the symptoms of menopause doesn’t have to be one of them. Researchers studied 64 middle-aged peri- and postmenopausal women who held senior leadership positions to see if there were any throughlines in the way they navigated changes associated with menopause.
