I’ve really been enjoying different variations of this oat bake for breakfast and dessert and here is what I used to make it today! 1 mashed banana, 2 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt, 1 egg, vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp sugar free caramel syrup, Diced apple, cinnamon, 1/2 cup oats.
