In the 1957 NFL Draft, several teams overlooked him because… he was Black. Cleveland took the chance at number six, and Jim repaid them by becoming arguably the greatest running back the game has seen. In just nine seasons, he led the league in rushing eight times, won three MVPs, and delivered the city’s last football championship in 1964, all without miss
