Hi Everyone, Just felt like eating some good congee today and I made this. This recipe is definitely a keeper, I have making congee this way for many years now. Its super easy and very tasty. Taste just like cina kedai congee 😬. If you wana cook this for ur child below 1 year, pls avoid salt and use minimal sesame oil For seasoning you can replace with anchovies powder or homemade chicken stock powder. This taste best with fragrant rice but today I used basmati. I prefer to coarse blend my rice
